Loop 303 is scheduled to be closed between Olive and Northern avenues tonight until early Monday morning to allow Arizona Public Service crews to complete repairs to power lines in that area.

Traffic will be detoured to Sarival Avenue while Loop 303 is closed between Olive and Northern from 9 tonight to 4 a.m. Monday, Arizona Department of Transportation officials said.

APS has worked with local cities and the Arizona Department of Transportation to coordinate the power line repair work, which requires the use of heavy equipment, ADOT said.

Olive Avenue will remain open in both directions while the Loop 303 closure is in place.
