Surprise has added an evening class on wills and trusts for November. Classes are scheduled from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Nov. 15 and from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Nov. 27. Both sessions will be in the auditorium of the Public Safety Building, 14250 W. Statler Plaza.
The workshops will be presented by Mark Melkowski and Bobby King with the The Joseph Foundation, a nonprofit educational speakers’ bureau.
Topics include:
• The four main estate documents every individual should have.
• The difference between a will and a trust.
• Pros and cons of the probate process.
