The Organization of HOA’s in Sun City West (formerly ACHO) will help residents understand federal law regarding community associations during its December seminar.

The gathering is set 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec, 1 in the Acacia Room at Palm Ridge Recreation Center, 13800 W. Deer Valley Drive. The speaker will be Beth Mulcahy, attorney at law, who will cover federal laws for community associations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, Federal Fair Housing Act and Assistance Animals.

She will also provide updates to Arizona Revised Statutes that are pending or have become law during 2016.
