The city of Peoria and Associated Asset Management will offer an HOA budget seminar in September.
The seminar will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Sept. 13 in the Development and Community Services Building, Point of View Room, 9875 N. 85th Ave.
Attendees will learn how to prepare a budget, common mistakes to avoid, and the overall process.
Homeowners and HOA board members are welcome.
Space is limited and registration is required for the free event.
