The director of the Banner Sun Health Research Institute will autograph his new book, “The Alzheimer’s Prevention Cookbook,” from 4-6 p.m. Jan. 23 at the Rio Vista Recreation Center, 8866 W. Thunderbird Road, Peoria.
Sponsored by Adultcare Assistance Homecare, Dr. Marwan Sabbagh will deliver an educational lecture. Samples of hors d’oeuvres from the book also will be served.
