Widening improvements coming to Dysart/Waddell intersection

Improvement work is under way at the intersection of Dysart and Waddell roads. 

Right now, most of the work involves relocating utilities, preparing for the more intensive roadway improvements coming after the first of the year. Traffic signal and railroad improvements, including adding gates on all four intersection approaches, are also part of the work. Motorists will incur traffic restrictions at this intersection from now until mid-year 2010.

This is a joint project between the cities of El Mirage and Surprise to widen Dysart, Thunderbird and Waddell roads where they meet.
