Breaking news: Gas main rupture closes portion of 83rd Avenue

Due to a 6-inch gas main rupture, Southwest Gas is closing 83rd Avenue northbound at Pinnacle Peak and southbound at Jomax until about 8 tonight.
To access the area to the north, Westwing in particular, use Lake Pleasant Parkway to Westwing Parkway and then east, or take 67th Avenue to Jomax Road and the west.
