Banner Del E. Webb offers massage sale to ease holiday stress

Despite all the fun and merriment, the holidays can be stressful. The New Beginnings Boutique in the Louisa Kellam Women’s Center at nonprofit Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center, 14502 W. Meeker Blvd., is offering discounted massages through November and December.

The massages, which usually cost $50 for one hour, will be $40 throughout the holiday months. To schedule a personal timeout from the busy pace of the season, call 623-214-4283. Valencia Green, the massage therapist, does not accept tips.

Massage can enhance general health and vitality, while the use of specialized methods can coax tension from muscles, ease stiff joints, reduce pain and promote healthy circulation.
