Surprise food store sold $3.1M lottery winner
Comments 0 | Recommend 0
The winning ticket for Saturday’s $3.1 million The Pick jackpot — the highest in more than seven months — was purchased at a Surprise food store. The new multi-millionaire, who has not yet come forward, bought the ticket at the 4 Sons Food Store at 15445 W. Waddell Road. The winning numbers were 5, 6, 12, 18, 23 and 37. "We are excited to have a winner for our state’s own jackpot game, The Pick," said Jeff Hatch-Miller, executive director of the Arizona Lottery. "I encourage anyone who bought a Pick ticket for Saturday’s drawing at the 4 Sons Food Store in Surprise to dig it out and check their numbers to see if they’re the state’s newest millionaire." It has been two months since there has been a jackpot winner for The Pick. Because Saturday’s jackpot was hit, Wednesday’s jackpot will return to $1 million. Players can check their numbers by logging onto arizonalottery.com or by calling the winning numbers hotlines at 480-829-PICK in Phoenix and 1-800-499-3798 in all other Arizona areas.
