The Organ and Keyboard Club of Sun City will present a concert with Sheryl Crofoot at 7 p.m. Dec. 14.

Crofoot has been performing since age 3. She began to play the organ professionally at age 12. Her musical travels have taken her to Oregon, the Reno Jazz Festival, Laughlin, Nev., and Las Vegas. She has traveled Hawaii, where she performed on television and radio.

She has taught piano, organ and voice lessons for more than 30 years. Her creative abilities include songwriting and arranging. She is employed by Crown Music of Surprise, who will furnish the Roland organ for the concert. In 2002, she received the Teacher of the Year Award.

Come and enjoy a variety of music and standards from the 1930s-1950s.

The concert will be in the Sundial Auditorium. Organ and Keyboard Club members will be admitted with their membership card. Non-members and guests may attend for a $5 donation. RCSC members are invited to join the club for 2010. New memberships for all seven concerts in 2010 will be available for $20.

Concerts in 2010 will feature O’Lyn Callahan Jan. 12 and Tommy Johnson Feb. 9.
