Cardholders invited to Fairway open house

Comments 0 | Recommend 0

Phase 1 of the Fairway Recreation Center project is nearly complete, and the Recreation Centers of Sun City invites all cardholders to tour the new two-story building during an open house event at 10 a.m. Friday.

RCSC personnel will give tours of the new facility, and cardholders will be allowed to explore and learn the layout of the Phase 1 building.

"We are excited to open the doors to the new Fairway Center and give all cardholders an opportunity to see the new facility," said Board President Warren Hoffmann. "All of Sun City has watched the new building go up, so we hope a lot of cardholders come out to see it."

To ensure an orderly and efficient relocation of the Fairway clubs into their new spaces and club rooms, each club president will receive a move-in schedule from the Clubs and Activities Office.

RCSC now turns its attention to Phase 2 of the Fairway project. Phase 2 will include the swimming pool, spa, walking track, fitness center and locker rooms. Phase 2 construction will start by July.
