American flag to be presented to Willow Canyon thespians

Michelle Barry, wife of Tech Sgt. Jeff Barry, will present a flag flown over Afghanistan and Iraq in honor of Willow Canyon High School Thespian Troupe 6901.
The presentation will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday and will honor members of the military in recognition of Veterans Day.
The flag will be presented to troupe presidents Courtney Smith and Alyx Kleinsteiber by Mrs. Barry, Storm Girkin and Disney Girkin, children of the Barrys. Smith and Kleinsteiber will in turn present the flag and accompanying certificate to Anthony Capuano, principal at Willow Canyon, who will display the flag and certificate in the public viewing cases in the WCHS lobby.
Willow Canyon is at 17901 W. Lundberg St., Surprise.
