    Latest county health inspections

    Comments 0 | Recommend 0

Each week, Glendale-Peoria Today publishes health inspections provided by the Maricopa County Environmental Services’ Division of Health Services.

Inspectors list critical, repeat and noncritical violations. A critical violation is more likely than noncritical to present a significant health hazard that could cause contamination or food-borne illness.

Glendale-Peoria Today receives results three weeks after inspections take place. Restaurants are given two weeks to clear up any problems, so violations may have been rectified by the time reports are published.

The following violations are described in detail on the county Web site, www.maricopa.gov. Residents without Internet access who want more information on a restaurant listed may call environmental services at 602-506-6625.

One asterisk indicates the violation was corrected at time of the inspection. Two asterisks indicate the violation must be corrected prior to re-inspection. Three asterisks indicate the violation must be corrected within 90 days.

The results of inspections reviewed July 13 through 19 and details of critical violations are listed.
