Latest county health inspections

Comments 0 | Recommend 0

Surprise Today publishes health inspections provided by the Maricopa County Environmental Services’ Division of Health Services. Inspectors list critical, repeat and noncritical violations.
A critical violation is more likely than noncritical to present a significant health hazard that could cause contamination or food-borne illness.
Surprise Today receives results three weeks after inspections take place. Restaurants are given two weeks to clear up any problems, so violations may have been rectified by the time reports are published.
One asterisk indicates the violation was corrected at the time of the inspection.
The results of inspections reviewed between Dec. 7 and 13 and details of crtical violations are listed.
