Texas trio faces counterfeit charges
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Direct complaints have been filed against three Texas men accused of selling counterfeit NFL merchandise the evening before the Super Bowl in Glendale.
On Thursday, the Maricopa County Attorney's Office filed criminal complaints against the defendants. That decision followed a Glendale police investigation and recommendation that charges be filed.
Joe Jackson, 27, Vincent Odum, 35, and Reginald Cuington, 35, are accused of Counterfeit Marks, a class six felony.
Jackson faces an additional charge for marijuana possession, a class six felony.
If the defendants fail to address the charges, they face arrest if they return to Arizona.
So far this year, the Maricopa County Attorney's Office has filed complaints against at 12 defendants accused of selling counterfeit NFL merchandise.
