The Colonnade improves record to 3-0
Comments 0 | Recommend 0The Colonnade moved into sole possession of first place on Monday and became the last remaining undefeated team in Sun City Grand National League softball.
The Colonnade edged Wells Fargo 11-10 to take over the West Division top spot during action at Del E. Webb Memorial Field.
Jim McGrath, Larry Hart and sub Hank Anders each had three hits for The Colonnade. Jim Witkowski tripled in the win.
Mike Wunsch went 3-for-4 with a homer for Wells Fargo.
Lew Robinson went 3-for-3 in the loss.

Larry Waskosky had four hits with a homer for Liberty Buick (2-1), which shares first place in the East Division with Char Wheeler, Dick Steiman and A&J Lawn Care.
George Williams and Stewart McWilliams each had four hits while Joe Faraone, Norma Dokken, Diana Johnson and John Lynn each had three hits in the win.
