Arrowhead Towne Center gets makeover

Westcor's project will include exterior paint blending earth tones of reds and greens, colorful, increased landscaping and directional signs along the outer ring road.
In all, more 800 new trees and 6,500 new shrubs will beautify the center's outdoors, and50 palm trees will line the three main entrances. Plant material will increase threefold and will incorporate indigenous palo brea trees, date palms, lantana, red yucca and many more plant varieties.
"The new paint and landscape will offer our guests a refreshing palette of colors and textures that will complement the beauty of the southwest" said Josh Hendricks, Property Manager for Arrowhead Towne Center. "The center's aesthetics will now be mirrored both on the inside and outside."
