One lane of eastbound Bell Road near the Friendship Bridge will be closed beginning at 5 a.m. July 7 so work crews can install underground utilities.

The affected lane is the southernmost, or closest to the curb. The work is scheduled to be completed on or before July 10.

The affected lane is in the area of Toliver's Plaza and Sierra Dawn, east of the Friendship Bridge, across from Coyote Lakes.  Business and residential access will be maintained during the construction work.

Drivers on eastbound Bell can expect delays from July 7-10.
