Arrowhead Grill is celebrating the Easter holiday with Easter Sunday Brunch.

There will be a variety of starters, entrees and sides to appeal to every member of the family.

Easter Sunday Brunch, served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., is a formal dining experience that begins with a selection of seasonal starters including a light spring salad, sweet ambrosia salad, Caesar salad and New England style clam chowder.

Entrees include a choice of traditional and exotic favorites, such as Eggs Benedict, 7-ounce Filet Mignon wrapped in Applewood bacon, 8-ounce Prime Rib, AG's famous 10-ounce Delmonico, 16-ounce pork tenderloin and pork chop, Atlantic salmon or swordfish, half-rack of New Zealand lamb or half a roast chicken.

Each meal will include an Arrowhead Grill side. Sides include sautéed asparagus, sautéed green beans, mashed potatoes, baked potato, creamed corn, creamed spinach, AG hash browns, sautéed mushrooms and onion or maple mashed sweet potatoes. The cost is $42.99 per person and reservations are required.

"Easter brunch always brings with it a special atmosphere," executive chef Charles Schwerd said. "Families and friends gather to enjoy the day and each other's company, and we appreciate being a part of their day and becoming a part of so many people's holiday traditions. It's why we strive each year to make holidays like Easter Sunday truly memorable with an exceptional dining experience."

Dessert will also be offered for an additional $5.99 and include the choice of the restaurant's signature butter cake, crème brûlée vanilla, cinnamon cake or strawberries and chocolate fondue.

Schwerd's 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Easter Sunday Brunch schedule leaves plenty of time for families attending church in Glendale. The city is home to churches of many faiths, including Christ's Church of the Valley, Community Church of Joy, the Church at Arrowhead, Camelback Community Church, Vineyard Church, CrossPoint Church, TCAA, Church on the Word, Covenant International Church, Dove of the Desert and others.

Arrowhead Grill is at 8280 W. Union Hills Drive (Loop 101 and Union Hills) in Glendale. To make a reservation or for more information, call 623-566-2224 or visit www.arrowheadgrill.com.
