SPECIALTY OF THE HOUSE: Prime steaks, bone-in ribeye; specialty alcoholic beverage - Vinotini, a white and red spritzer topped with creme froth blend.

POPULAR APPETIZER: Barbecued shrimp - spicy scampi with crostini and Cajun butter sauce.

POPULAR DINNER ENTREÉ: Prime steaks; fresh fish; fresh soup; mixed grill.

PRICE: $60 a head.

WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW: Fleming's is a nationwide company that wanted to bring fine dining to the West Valley, Tveter said. The location in Park West was chosen because it is a growing area, close to University of Phoenix Stadium and Jobing.com Arena, he said.

UNIQUE TIDBITS: The restaurant offers discovery wine flights, 100 wines by the glass, as well as 100 by the bottle. Each quarter, the location offers a wine dinner, featuring a five-course meal paired with wines, prepared by local chefs.

FUTURE PLANS: "To keep growing and making people happy," Tveter said.

SLOGAN: "Whatever it takes," Tveter said.
