WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW: The family-owned restaurant has a private dining room, complete with a private kitchen, chef and plasma screen for presentations or slideshows. The room is available for businesses or families to rent for events. The restaurant also offers osso buco in the winter, Zacchino said. This is the fourth location the family has opened, with the others in Phoenix, Mesa and Scottsdale. The Phoenix restaurant opened in 1996.
UNIQUE TIDBITS: The Glendale location is the only Tutti Santi that makes wood-oven pizzas, Zacchino said. "You see the oven right when you walk in," he said. Franco Cavallaro is a third-generation pizzaiolo and crafts gourmet, authentic Pizza Napoletana. The restaurant is named for Nina, the mother of the family, who created the menu, Zacchino said.
FUTURE PLANS: The restaurant may offer a light lunch menu of pizzas and salads in the future, Zacchino said. "We're waiting for the plaza to be built up and for more traffic to come in," he said.
