Comments 0 | Recommend 0TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — Authorities say the last of five men involved in a Tucson home invasion last year has been sentenced to 12½ years in prison.
Pima County prosecutors say 25-year-old Joaquin Manuel pleaded guilty to multiple counts of aggravated assault and one count of first-degree burglary in the case. He was sentenced Monday.
Authorities say Manuel and three other men kicked in the doors of two Tucson homes last May believing there was a large amount of marijuana inside them. They found none and fled. The men were arrested after their getaway driver crashed while being chased by police.
