WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW: Lunch is served until 3 p.m. daily. There is a full bar, and happy hour is from 2:30 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 p.m. to close daily with sushi, appetizer and drink specials. There is a kids menu, three flat-screen televisions and large fountain filled with live fish in the center of the restaurant. The owners offer Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day specials. Chefs cook on the grill (teppan) tables, if requested. "It’s a good show," Hana Young Lee said. In the evening, the staff dresses in traditional Japanese clothing.

UNIQUE TIDBITS: Michael Young Lee said he has performed many roles in the restaurant business for more than 10 years, including making sushi, management and cooking teppan.

FUTURE PLANS: The owners said they hope to build out into an adjacent area of the complex and create a sports bar and add more grill tables.
