POPULAR LUNCH ENTREÉ: $9.95 lunch box special (No. 1 Teriyaki chicken, tempura, gyoza and rice, served with miso soup; No. 2 special roll, tempura and salad; No. 3 five-piece nigiri, California roll, tempura and salad); $10 lunch combo special — choose chicken, beef or shrimp, served with tempura, California roll and gyoza; starting at $7.95 lunch yakisoba with chicken, beef, shrimp or vegetarian; teppanyaki lunch starting at $7. POPULAR DINNER ENTREÉ: Chicken; steak; shrimp; filet mignon; scallops; lobster; calamari; sushi and sashimi; variety of 44 special sushi rolls, including Tuna Lover’s, Godzilla and Climax rolls. POPULAR DESSERT: Ice cream; triple mousse; New York cheesecake. AVAILABLE FOR: Dine in, take out. PRICE RANGE: $5.95 to $16 for lunch, $12 to $38 for dinner. WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW: Lunch is served until 3 p.m. daily. There is a full bar, and happy hour is from 2:30 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 p.m. to close daily with sushi, appetizer and drink specials. There is a kids menu, three flat-screen televisions and large fountain filled with live fish in the center of the restaurant. The owners offer Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day specials. Chefs cook on the grill (teppan) tables, if requested. "It’s a good show," Hana Young Lee said. In the evening, the staff dresses in traditional Japanese clothing. UNIQUE TIDBITS: Michael Young Lee said he has performed many roles in the restaurant business for more than 10 years, including making sushi, management and cooking teppan. FUTURE PLANS: The owners said they hope to build out into an adjacent area of the complex and create a sports bar and add more grill tables.
