Doctor offers solutions for shoulder pain

Dr. Rob O'Connor, board-certified orthopedic surgeon with Sun Valley Orthopedic Group, will be at Freedom Inn at Sun City West with an informative seminar called "The Painful Shoulder: Symptoms and Solutions" at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 18.

O'Connor will direct his talk to area seniors, discussing symptoms of common shoulder problems such as tendonitis, bursitis and arthritis, and new and treatment options, both surgical and non-surgical.  Freedom Inn is at 13810 W. Sandridge Drive.

As part of Freedom Inn at Sun City West's educational programs, this event is open to the public at no charge; but a reservation is requested by calling 623-584-2338. Refreshments will be offered for attendees.

O'Connor's presentation will last about an hour, including time for questions and answers. Tours of Freedom Inn will be available after the presentation.
