Comments 0 | Recommend 0

My-Tee Paintworks LLC, a T-shirt painting studio, allows families to spend time together in a fun and creative environment while painting and decorating a T-shirt to take home.

The store is in the Gateway Pavilions mall, at the intersection of West McDowell Road and North 99th Avenue.

"Our mission is to challenge and boost kids' creativity, free expression and self-esteem, using T-shirt design as one of many creative outlets. It is all about fun and imagination," said studio owner Angela Baltaga.

The studio offers all the help, tools, stencils, stamps, sponges and supplies necessary to create an original masterpiece. Kids can choose to paint a blank T-shirt in their size and favorite color. Customers can also bring in their favorite garment to decorate: jeans, shirts, backpacks, jackets, etc.

A large variety of fabric paints, including glossy, metallic, glitter, sparkle, puff and 3-D paints are offered.

Customers can add iron-on design elements, such as embroidered patches and rhinestone designs. My-Tee Paintworks it is a perfect place for birthday parties, fund-raising events and field trips.
