Lecture highlights adult stem cell research
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Representatives from the Sun Health Research Institute will continue a series of monthly education programs in June to provide updates on progress scientists are making in age-related disease research.
"Adult Stem Cell and Cardiovascular Disease" is scheduled from 10 to 11:30 a.m. June 16 in the auditorium inside the Sun Health Research Institute, Building B, first floor, at 10515 W. Santa Fe Drive, Sun City.
Mohamed Gaballa, Ph.D., will present a program on scientific breakthroughs in cardiovascular disease treatments using adult stem cells and how it will impact the future of medicine.
The lectures are the third Monday of each month. Admission is free, but seating is limited. Call 623-876-5432 to register.
