Man charged with 2nd degree murder
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Police have arrested a man in connection with a stabbing that led to a Glendale man's death.
At 7:45 p.m. Nov. 8, a female at a home near 5800 North 64th Avenue called police to report a man had been stabbed in the chest.
The victim, Pete Manarrez, 44, of Glendale, was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators followed up on leads and were able to identify the suspect.
On Nov. 16, the suspect, Jeffery William King, 32, of Phoenix, was located and arrested by Glendale Police Department fugitive apprehension detectives.
King has been booked on one count of second-degree murder.
