WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW: There are about 20 locations throughout the Valley. Rosati’s on Olive offers specials for one person up to 10 people. Catering packages are available for parties of 20 or more. Online ordering is available at www.myrosatis.com. Users will be required to create an account, pick out anything on the menu and choose pickup or delivery. Rosati’s on Olive also offers 19 specialty pizzas.

UNIQUE TIDBITS: Rosati’s on Olive makes its own pizza dough fresh daily, and whole milk is used to make fresh mozzarella. “Rosati’s on Olive offers friendly staff and our fast delivery to ensure that your food is hot and tasty when you receive it,” Leptich said.

FUTURE PLANS: The owners plan to open more locations in the Valley.
