POPULAR LUNCH ENTREÉ: Cape Cod chicken salad - baby field greens, dried cranberries, candied pecans, feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette, topped with grilled chicken breast.
POPULAR DINNER ENTREÉ: Blackened halibut, garnished with pineapple cranberry salsa, served over a bed of mashed potatoes.
POPULAR DESSERT: Double nut double fudge brownie, served a la mode with Berto's ice cream.

WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW: This is the second Corbin's location in the Valley. The other is at 8729 N. Central Ave., in Phoenix. Happy hour is 3 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. McNeill said the restaurant is upscale and contemporary, serving only the freshest food with a world-class selection of wine, spirits and beer. "It's ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen," he said.

UNIQUE TIDBITS: The bar is made of frosted glass and is lit from the inside. "It's over the top as far as the bar goes," McNeill said. "It's very open and minimalist. It speaks to transparency, cleanliness, and that there's nothing to hide."
FUTURE PLANS: Eventually the bar will remain open until midnight, McNeill said. He said plans are in the works to build more locations, including one in the East Valley.
