WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW: The restaurant has a liquor license and serves wine and beer. All of the vegetables are shipped to the restaurant daily, Liang said. Several of the tables have lazy Susans in the center for families to share their meals.
UNIQUE TIDBITS: The word "heng" means rich or glowing, Liang said.
FUTURE PLANS: Liang said she hopes to keep the business growing. "Business is growing day by day," she said, adding that she and her husband would like to open another restaurant in the future.
