State level decision

I guess the states have no say in drawing up its own laws — this according to a civil rights group. So after we give all felons the vote, I think we should restore their right to own and possess firearms. After all, they have paid their debt to society. Maybe this will satisfy the ACLU, which just wants what is best for the country.
