Health inspections

Comments 0 | Recommend 0

Each week, Surprise Today publishes health inspections provided by the Maricopa County Environmental Services’ Division of Health Services.

Inspectors list critical, repeat and noncritical violations. A critical violation is more likely than noncritical to present a significant health hazard that could cause contamination or food-borne illness.

One asterisk indicates the violation was corrected at time of the inspection. Two asterisks indicate the violation must be corrected prior to re-inspection.

The results of inspections reviewed Feb. 2 through 8 and details of critical violations are listed.
