FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) — A Flagstaff tractor business owner accused of fraud has pleaded innocent.

Jill Lowell entered innocent pleas Monday in Coconino County Superior Court to various charges including fraud, theft, forgery and aggravated taking the identity of another.

As the owner of The Tractor Guy in Flagstaff, prosecutors said Lowell took out fake loans to keep her ailing tractor dealership afloat.

Former customers told police they found loans in their names when they hadn't applied for them.

Lowell is out of jail on $50,000 bond. Her next court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 7.
