Youngtown police Sgt. David Evans and his K-9 partner, Cisco, give a demonstration during a breakfast meeting Tuesday for the Surprise Regional Chamber of Commerce at Sun City Country Club. Evans said Cisco has helped bring in more than $16,000 from drug busts. Cisco is more efficient at finding drugs than his human counterparts, Evans said.
