HOURS: 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 to 10 p.m. Monday-Thursday; 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 to 11 p.m. Friday; noon to 11 p.m. Saturday; and noon to 10 p.m. Sunday.

SPECIALTY OF THE HOUSE: Sweet and sour chicken; Mongolian beef; General Tso's chicken; sesame chicken; orange chicken.

POPULAR APPETIZER: Gyoza; Rocky shrimp; shrimp and vegetable tempura; crab rangoon; tuna martini (from the sushi bar).

POPULAR LUNCH ENTRÉE: Kawaii roll (shrimp tempura, avocado, spicy tuna wrapped in soy bean seaweed); Phoenix roll (lobster meat, crab meat, shrimp, avocado and tempura flakes wrapped in soy bean seaweed); Arizona roll (shrimp tempura and cucumber topped with crunchy spicy tuna); Golden Dragon roll (eel, avocado, topped with mango sauce and tobiko).

POPULAR DINNER ENTRÉE: Sashimi deluxe (21 pieces of chef's choice sashimi with steamed white rice for $21); teriyaki chicken; ton katsu (breaded fried pork cutlet with ton katsu sauce); chicken katsu; yaki udon or soba (stir-fried noodles with vegetables and choice of chicken, beef or shrimp).

POPULAR DESSERT: Banana tempura; mochi ice cream (choose two of four flavors: green tea, red bean, vanilla or mango).

AVAILABLE FOR: Dine in, take out, party trays ($38, with a choice of eight or nine rolls).

PRICE RANGE: $5 to $18.

WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW: Daily lunch specials include any two rolls for $9 or any three rolls for $11, served with miso soup or salad. Two rolls are featured daily, and each is half price. During happy hour, with the purchase of any beer or sake, get a choice of appetizer for 99 cents (one drink for one appetizer). Also during happy hour, California rolls, spicy California rolls, spicy tuna rolls or spicy salmon rolls cost $1.99 each. The restaurant also has two flat-screen televisions.

UNIQUE TIDBITS: The chef has 20 years of experience in the Chinese culinary style. Each dish is served with French-style decorations and presentation.
