The next AARP Chapter 1 meeting will be Sept. 12, in the Youngtown Council Chambers, on Alabama Avenue west of 111th Avenue. A potluck dinner will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by guest speaker Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
