Open house focuses on Bell Road work

Work will begin in July on the second and third phases of the Bell Road Reconstruction Project, and the public is invited to attend an open house to get all the details.

The open house is from 5-7 p.m. May 14 at the Surprise Regional Library on Bullard Avenue. City staff will answer questions about the project, which includes resurface work on the westbound lanes of Bell from Parkview to just east of the Loop 303 and on the eastbound lanes of Bell from Parkview to Grand. The work will also include Bell intersection improvements at Reems and Litchfield roads and new lighting and landscaping for the road, east of Grand Avenue.
